a quick stop by oak knoll to get snow shoes yesterday revealed a ceiling mysteriously dripping water and a program room quite abnormally saturated.
it was a disaster narrowly averted, as we caught it in time to clean up the water before more damage was done, and found the burst pipe before the entire heating system was drained.
i had to spend most of the day today not attending the meeting i was supposed to be at and instead waiting for the carpenter to come repair the ceiling. i took advantage of this time to do the only thing i really wanted to do with my day:
