we went to the needham garden center yesterday so i could get a hoe and some dill seeds. i have turned in to one of those people who brings a camera with her everywhere and insists on taking pictures whenever a potentially "bloggable moment" appears. "hold on, i want to take a picture. wait, that one's blurry. let me take another. wait, i had my finger in the way. come on, that smile totally looks fake. now, just a little to the left. oh, push your hat back so there's not so much of a shadow across your face. ok, one more just in case. perfect." five minutes and thirteen pictures later, we were ready to leave the garden store. and then it rained the rest of the day so i didn't get to use my new hoe or plant my seeds.

they sure do have a lot of stuff at the needham garden center (www.needhamgardencenter.com/). sometimes we think it is a nice place, like when we go in and there is a dog sleeping on top of the bags of fertlizer in the center of the store. and then sometimes we think it is not that nice, like when they charge two times as much as other places.
