one thing i didn't do

after a very exciting weekend of four adults, two young children, and two excitable dogs packed into our two-room apartment, both matt and i were glad to finally have some relaxing time on sunday evening, made even more relaxing by the fact that i secretly put nina in the back of julie's car and sent her up to vermont- let them deal with her for a while (just kidding, but we did go ahead and bring nina to the vet monday morning to get herself fixed. she hasn't been the same since- both physically, as was intended, and emotionally. perhaps this will help her finally settle down). however, i realized that there was something i really should have done while the kids were here and i just forgot- i should have taken some video footage- evie chasing the baby chicks, holding the baby bunnies, and getting her boot stuck in the mud. and aj not listening to anything you tell him and responding to every question and statement directed at him by scrunching up his face, cocking his head, and belting out a loud, "HUH?" julie and aaron claim you can get sick of this pretty fast, but i thought it was hilarious. "HUH?"
